ထို့နောက် အချင်းကြိုး (တစ်ရှူး) မှ ပင်မဆဲလ်အဖြစ်သို့ ရအောင် ကူးပြောင်းပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး Buffer အရည်ဖြင့် ဆေးကြောပြီး သေးငယ်သော အပိုင်းလေးများရအောင် စိတ်ပိုင်းလိုက်သည်။ ထိုအစိတ်အပိုင်းလေးများကို ပင်မဆဲလ်အဖြစ်ကူးပြောင်းပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ထိုရရှိလာသော ပင်မဆဲလ်အရေအတွက်ကို အမြင့်မားဆုံးပမာဏ ရရှိနိုင်ရန် ထပ်မံ၍ ပွားများခြင်းကို အေးခဲသိမ်းဆည်းခြင်းမပြုမီ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

MSCs ပင်မဆဲလ်များကို အေးခဲသိမ်းဆည်းခြင်းအတွက် အထူးပြုလုပ်ထားသော container များ (Cryovials) အတွင်းသို့ ရွှေ့ပြောင်းလိုက်ပြီး အေးခဲမှုဒဏ်ကြောင့် ဆဲလ်ပျက်စီးဆုံးရှုံးမှုမရှိစေရန် Cryoprotectant အရည်ကို လိုအပ်သလောက် ထည့်သွင်းမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

Cryoprotectant အရည်ကို ထည့်သွင်းပြီးနောက် အအေးဓါတ်ကိုထိန်းညှိပေးနိုင်သောစက် (Controlled-rate freezer) ဖြင့် ဖြည်းညင်းစွာ အေးခဲမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ထိုသို့ အေးခဲရာတွင် ဆဲလ်ပျက်စီးဆုံးရှုံးမှုမရှိစေရန် အပူချိန်လျော့ကျမှုနှုန်းမှာ (၁) မိနစ်လျှင် တစ်ဒီဂရီ မှ နှစ်ဒီဂရီ စင်တီဂရိတ် အတွင်း ကျဆင်းမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

Before resuming operations within the premises, a comprehensive structural assessment was conducted by a designated inspection team.
