15 s rest before next workout

Healthy recipe for my fitness friends ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿฝโค
Baked Salmon ๐ŸŸ
Ingredients :
- 6 oz skinless salmon fillet
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- olive oil, as needed
- 1 lemon, sliced
- fresh thyme, to taste

Baked in the oven for 10 - 20 minutes ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿณ

Calories - 588
Fat - 48 g
Protein - 33g

Because of covid 19 situation, I was unable to work on my new fitness videos....Currently I'm stuck at home with too many people so it's very incovience for me to take videos... ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ๐Ÿฅš We just love hard boiled eggs!โ€ฆHere are 6 meals with perfectly boiled eggs ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป..
1๏ธโƒฃ๐Ÿฅš๐Ÿ 1 egg boiled for 8 minutes then transferred to an ice bath + 1/2 avocado + leftover Japanese sweet potato.
2๏ธโƒฃ๐Ÿฅš๐Ÿฅ‘2 eggs boiled in boiling water for 7 mins then put in cold water to cool down before peeling + 1 small sweet potato sliced really thin, coated in 1 tsp of olive oil and broiled for 10 minutes on the bottom shelf + 1/2 avocado.
3๏ธโƒฃ๐Ÿฅš๐Ÿ…1 egg boiled for 7 mins then transferred to cold water + 1/2 avocado with red pepper flakes + leftover spicy sweet potato chips + sauteฬed zucchini + tomatoes.
4๏ธโƒฃ๐Ÿฅš๐Ÿฅฌ1 egg boiled for 7 mins + tomatoes + Brussels sprouts (coated in avocado oil and roasted for 30 mins at 400F) + sweet potatoes (400F for 20 mins on each side) + zucchini sauteฬed in my cast iron grill.
5๏ธโƒฃ๐Ÿฅš๐ŸŒถ1 egg soft boiled (7 mins in boiling water then put egg in cold water) + Mediterranean quinoa + 1/2 avocado red pepper flakes + tomatoes.
6๏ธโƒฃ๐Ÿฅš๐Ÿ 2 eggs boiled for 7 mins + 1/2 avocado + 1 sweet potato cut into rounds and broiled for 10-12 mins on the bottom shelf.
