Amgalan Batjikh Meditation and enlightenment center project

Operation:

“Amgalan Batjikh” Meditation and Enlightenment Center run the main 3 operations in order to emphasize each of body, language and mind equally, to develop humans.

1. Meditation training
Short term and intensive trainings are regularly held in order to stabilize positive psychology among the society as well as to give hope, encouragement, enthusiasm, realization and knowledge. The importance of doing meditation for human is get to improve work efficiency, know good and bad habits, as well as to make one’s mind pure, to develop intuitions, to learn how to manage his mind and get enlightenment.

2. Yoga training
Learning yoga will release human body from pollutions which exert the body, improve mind concentration, to drive opinions and make people able to enter into the way of perfection. The significance of yoga is to restore the lost balance of our mind, to release ourselves from the internal ties and to get ourselves free from mental deficiency rather than to obtain or receive hyperphysical strength of body and mind.

3. Analysis
These trainings aim to do analysis on results and to share the experiences of the people involved. We also study articles of Mongolian scientists in this field and translate such articles of international researchers in Mongolian.
