其實很多時候,不是你坐錯了
而是坐太久、動太少。

身體撐不住的時候,就容易出現痠痛。
與其一直喬姿勢,不如多起來動一動。

👉 建議:每30–60分鐘站起來走動下

Most of the time, it’s not that you’re sitting wrong
you’re just sitting too long and moving too little.

When your body can’t handle it anymore, pain shows up.
Instead of constantly fixing your posture, you can try to move more.
