為慶祝2026年印度全國青年節👬🏻🎉（1月12日），古維德老師將為澳門社區提供免費的「青年瑜珈」課堂👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏼👬🏻。他深信身心健康對所有年輕人的重要性，因此特別為青少年開設了6堂健康課💯🙌🏻

To celebrate National Youth Day 2026👬🏻🎉 (January 12), Mentor VK is offering “YOGA FOR YOUTH” 👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏼👬🏻free classes to the Macau community. He believes the importance of physical & mental awareness to all young people and therefore he is offering 6 wellness classes to the youth💯🙌🏻
