One of them, Chef Passédat Gerald, flew all the way from his restaurant Le Petit Nice - Gérald Passedat for just 2 days!! And the other is the resident Chef at Robuchon au Dôme, Chef Julien Tongourian

For two nights only, the executive chef Julien Tongourian from “Robuchon au Dôme”, who has maintained a three MICHELIN Stars for 15 consecutive years, joins forces with guest chef Gérald Passedat from the three MICHELIN starred French restaurant “Le Petit Nice” in Marseille to create an unparalleled star-studded dining experience!
Chef Julien Tongourian, a disciple of renowned chef Joël Robuchon for 20 years, believes in presenting the most authentic French flavours using the freshest and finest ingredients. Chef Gérald Passedat specialises in utilising seafood and creates dishes using over 65 different types of seafood. These two esteemed chefs will bring you an extraordinary French culinary experience at “Robuchon au Dôme”, located within the highest dome of the Grand Lisboa Hotel.
