August Gemstone 💚 Peridot - the gem of the Sun.

Peridot is a stunning gemstone known for its unique, vibrant green color, which ranges from a yellowish-green to a rich olive and even a brownish-green. It is one of the few gemstones that occurs in only one color.

Key Facts:

💚Composition: It is the gem-quality variety of the mineral olivine.

💚Origin Story: Unlike most gems, peridot is formed deep within the Earth’s mantle and is brought to the surface by volcanic activity. It has even been discovered in meteorites ( Sericho Palasite Meteorite)

“I got a crystal so now what? Do I just sit there?”

Well, yes! But do it consciously ❤️

💚This exercise not only helps you to attune to your crystal but also making you more sensitive to crystal energies around you. It is also a great practice that teaches you to listen to your own body and inner voice.
It is the only exercise we recommend for newbies getting into crystal energies.

🧊Make yourself comfortable, either lying down or sitting upright, and let any meditative music settle you in. During this attunement, notice any body sensation, thoughts that comes to mind or emotions you experience. After the attunement, jot down the experience as detail as you can.
