🧠💪 Numbers That Matter for a Healthier You

🧠💙 CHCC Public Health Services hosted successful community outreaches at Han Nam Market, LJ Store, and Joeten Superstore on Jan. 8, 14 and 31, 2026. Over 40 community members took part in free blood pressure, blood sugar screenings and flu and COVID vaccinations—empowering them to know their numbers, understand their risks, and take steps toward a healthier life.

This initiative is part of our ongoing mission to increase public knowledge of hypertension, diabetes and the importance of vaccination by bringing essential health services directly to the community.

🚨 As we enter February, we also recognize National Cancer Prevention Month and American Heart Month—a reminder that knowing your numbers and making healthy lifestyle choices can reduce your risk for cancer, heart disease, and more.

We’re committed to meeting the community where they are, providing:
- Free blood pressure & sugar checks to help you monitor your health
- Vaccinations to keep you and your loved ones protected
- Health education & support for better lifestyle management
- Wellness resources to promote healthier living across the CNMI

Together, we’re building a healthier community—one screening at a time. 💪
