Governor Palacios was more than a public servant — he was a beacon of leadership, integrity, and compassion. Through decades of dedicated service to the people of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, he worked tirelessly to uplift our communities, protect our cultural heritage, and build a better future for the next generations. His humility and unwavering commitment to the people will forever remain a guiding light.

We offer our prayers and heartfelt sympathies to his beloved family and loved ones. May they find strength and comfort in the legacy he leaves behind — one of hope, courage, and love for our islands and people.
