With over 50 years of combined vast experience in healthcare administration and clinical care, Marianas Health plays a major role in the healthcare system in the CNMI today. Marianas Health, formerly Marianas Health Services, Inc, was first established in February 2000 with two main services: one was to provide quality healthcare services in your home, and two, to provide quality and professional health care support. In 2000, our agency started off with 15 clients for home care, and we were one of three manpower agencies providing professional services to the Commonwealth Health Center at the time. With over 50 years of combined vast experience in healthcare administration and clinical care, Marianas Health plays a major role on the healthcare system of the CNMI today. With their desire to serve the community, not only were they providing an important service, but they also became clients themselves when an immediate family member experienced a major medical crisis, and it was through home care services that allowed their family member to walk today and to continue living a healthy lifestyle. Today, this quality of care carries on and the agency that started with 15 clients has grown to serve over a 100 home care clients on a weekly basis and the clientele continues to grow. But the agency's home care division is not the only thing that is continually growing. In 2010, the company adopted a new mission and that is "To provide quality and professional health care solutions throughout the Pacific." This mission is reflected in the ongoing assessment of the community and its health care needs. Marianas Health works ceaselessly with community and health partners to try and improve the quality of life, and the quality of health and healthcare services in the CNMI. This is evident when in 2010 Marianas Health established the Pacific Wellness Center to provide Outpatient Rehabilitation services, as well as a Wellness Center to help individuals to stay active and live a healthier lifestyle. This was integral to the collective services of Marianas Health, as it is part of the continuity of care, from one service to the other, ultimately maximizing all the available resources for clients to reach their highest rehab potential. Since 2010, the agency has since been moving forward and trying to eliminate gaps in the CNMI's healthcare system by again expanding its services through the opening of Sagan Hinemlo' Family Clinic, providing its clients, who have Medicaid, Medicare, Self-pay and other commercial insurances, with provider options. Currently and by appointment only, Sagan Hinemlo' offers specialties in the areas of prenatal and postpartum care, obstetrics, gynecology, gerontology, family practice, and obesity medicine. Marianas Health and its subsidiary agencies will continue to provide quality and professional care to the communities in which it serves.
