In the last few months, I’ve been committed to actively engage in the different sports and training styles of my clients.
As a sports massage therapist, understanding the specific client demands, muscle groups, and injury patterns of each type of sport is essential.
January & February: Running ✅
March & April: Powerlifting ✅
Next up: Hyrox, karate, boxing, rock climbing, and cycling.
By training like my clients, I can better tailor treatments, prevent injuries, and support recovery with real insight.
