What is 'Greater ROM', you might ask?
Well, ROM stands for, "Range Of Motion", which pertains to the fullest the joints of your body can physiologically move without injury. For some older folks, it's is part of the graceful action you remember mostly as a younger body.
Freedom of movement. It's a wonderful feeling and it's something that can be greatly affected by by having a great massage by a caring therapist.
We all deserve that feeling.
