Millet and mushroom soup

50 grams millet 

1 cup fresh or frozen mushrooms

2 cups water

1 tablespoon herbs

Boil for 20 minutes until the millet and the mushrooms soften

Side dish: Half a roasted aubergine cooked with sage and marinated overnight in white wine vinegar

Barley veggie and egg bowl

Ingredients
4 tablespoons cooked barley
Steamed cauliflower florets
Homemade purple cabbage sauerkraut
One hard boiled egg
One tablespoon yellow mustard paste
One tablespoon pumpkin seeds enter
One tablespoon walnuts halves
