If not now, when?

I had a client today, and during the Reiki session the message from Spirit was loud and clear:

“We’re so happy she’s finally here.”

Not just in the session.
Not just on the Reiki bed.
But here, at the point in her life where she’s finally ready to stop holding herself back.

And the second message was even clearer:
"Now go after your dreams. Stop waiting."

In my experience, Spirit wants you to go after the thing that makes you come alive.
The thing that makes you happy and feeds your soul.
The thing that showcases your light.
The thing you keep putting off.
The thing you say “one day” about.

Because your dreams are not random.
They’re a direction.

Maybe the real question is not:
“What if it doesn’t work?”

Maybe the real question is:
“What if it’s trying to work… and I keep saying no?”

When I Let Go of The Baggage, Something Sacred Returned

Last night I was guided to release something I had been carrying for far too long.
I spent hours clearing my phone of photographs of people who are no longer a part of my life, images tied to heartache, resentment, and emotions that still held an energetic weight within me.
Each photograph felt like a doorway to a moment and a version of myself. A version of myself that was perhaps too comfortable in ignoring red flags.
And as I deleted them, one by one, I felt the past loosening its grip.
Not erased or denied but not given importance anymore.
It was so freeing as they left my nervous system, and my energy field.
When I finished, I felt relief as well as a feeling of being released. I hadn't known just how tied I was until that moment of release.
My throat, a place that has long carried the imprint of not speaking up from my younger years had been bothering me in recent days, as though some inner block was waiting to be freed.
But that night, I dreamt I was singing.
Not performing or trying.
Simply expressing myself.
I remember feeling surprised by my own voice, but even more so by the feeling that people wanted to listen.
I woke up feeling happy, humbled and lighter as if some ancient knot within me had finally unravelled.

Sometimes letting go is not about the other person.
It is about releasing the version of ourselves that stayed silent, was over-giving or held the peace at the cost of truth.
And sometimes the weight we carry is not the memory, but the emotion we swallowed to survive it.
When we release, space opens for new things to come in. Space for peace, love and for you to be seen and heard.
Nothing real is lost in the act of letting go.
In fact, when the past is released from your heart, your truth can be spoken with clarity, confidence and freedom. 💖🙏💖

What good things are waiting to come in to your life

First of all I would like to thank Denise , Charlotte and Aleksandra for the amazing knowledge you all share, with such clarity and ease. Things that I didn't know but made so much sense. It gave me the opportunity to appreciate the good in me as well as being very aware of my shadows that need to be addressed. It all brings beautiful balance to my life.
In every workshop I get to meet interesting women who share their experiences and open up, which in certain cases they kept inside throughout their life. I could go on and on but I always do my best to attend because after every workshop I feel inspired and motivated to appreciate myself and embrace parts of me which maybe I didn't want to see, a big thank you again,

Letting the Haters Dig their own Grave

I recently saw an anonymous request for a “return to sender” spell.
It made me pause and reflect.
There can be a lot of fear in spiritual spaces around psychic attack, jealousy, gossip, or people wishing you harm. And rightly so, because if they catch you when your guard is down and you're feeling vulnerable, it can cause havoc with your life.
However, while energy is real, and intention does carry frequency, there is something important we often forget:
Energy already returns to its source.
If someone is speaking badly about you, hoping you fail, or projecting resentment… that energy is not living in your field. It is living in theirs.
Karma isn’t dramatic.
It is simply energetic law.
What we think, speak, and wish for others becomes the atmosphere we breathe ourselves.
This doesn’t mean we ignore our feelings. If you sense heaviness, emotional disturbance, or energetic interference, it is an invitation, not to fight, but to tend to your own field and to protect yourself.
Cleanse your space.
Wash your hands with intention.
Take a salt bath.
Open the windows and let the air move.
Pray.
Call your energy back to you.
Strengthen your boundaries.
This is spiritual hygiene, not spiritual warfare.
Protection is less about sending energy back and more about standing rooted in your own light.
When your energy is clear and grounded, other people’s projections struggle to land. There is no hook.
And perhaps the most powerful “return to sender” is this:
You choose integrity.
You choose clarity.
You choose not to participate in gossip or ill will.
You stay energetically clean.
Because ultimately, the safest and strongest field you can stand in… is your own.
A harmonious field does not need to defend itself.
It simply radiates.
The bottom line is this, protect yourself and let the haters get on with it. Maybe one day they'll learn something and realise what they're creating in their own lives. And maybe they won't but don’t worry about it because their integrity is not your responsibility. 💖🙏💖

Thank you so much to everyone that came to the workshop and thanks to Denise and Aleksandra for your wisdom and insight.
Being a woman is magical ✨️ and there are so many facets to us.
Someone asked me the other day, 'I'm sure it's interesting but how will it benefit me? What good is it going to be in my life?"
My answer is simple : Knowledge is power and having an understanding of the Archetypes that are predominant in our lives gives us so much insight into how we interact, how we love and how we cope with challenges.
This workshop was not about women adopting Archetypes that they do not resonate with, after all, we are who we are. It was about embracing the light and acknowledging with honesty the shadows and egos within. Always with the intention to bettering ourselves.
I sincerely enjoyed your company and participation and until we meet again don't let the world limit you; be empowered by your imagination ✨️🙏✨️

Divine Feminine Archetypes. A Journey Through Light & Shadow

This 2 day workshop is about awareness, recognition, choice and compassion.
We are not becoming an archetype, we are recognising who has been more prominent and running our life.

Saturday 14th
10am to 4.30

Because Knowledge is Power

We will learn about 9 chosen Archetypes with her light filled gifts and her dark secret shadows.

Through carefully thought out activities, we will discover what she's been whispering to us. What she wanted to bring into balance, what made her fearful and what made her dim her light.

Through introspection and honesty we will learn how to enhance her gifts, your gifts, whilst healing her shadows through understanding, compassion and integration.

Sunday 15th
10am to lunch

Intuitive self-selection

Now that we have a clearer understanding of the archetypes we will intuitively allow her to choose you through the magic of crystals.

With these fun and very revealing activities, you will be asked to tap into your inner-wisdom.
We will learn how to trust our insight as this is our guidance and our path to well-being.

After lunch – closing at 4:30 pm

Integration through insight

After lunch, we will gather our observations and experiences, noticing patterns, themes, and insights that have emerged across the two days.
This time is about bringing clarity to how these archetypal energies may be consciously carried forward.

Thank you for the people who stayed, the ones who arrived, and the ones who gently showed me it was time to let go.
Thank you for the reminders that everything unfolds in divine timing, even when it doesn’t look how we expect.
As this chapter closes, I honour all that was learned, all that was felt, and all that was healed.
Nothing was wasted. Everything mattered.
