Starting from the 11th of August, I will be starting a -natal 10 week programme every Monday at 6pm at Endure Fitness

This gentle programme is aimed for women who have given birth in the past few months or during this past year who would like to rehabilitate their pelvic floor and core.

pilates is also offered as a regular class every Monday at 7:15pm also at Endure Fitness.
