Thank you Computime for inviting me over to share our work health and mobility sessions called MOVE.

If you work in a sedentary office environment, you need to move!... frequently at work (by taking microbreaks for example) and do something physical in your free time to counter the hours spent sitting.

If your job is physical you still need to move in your free time to condition your body to the stresses of your job.

And ideally strength training...push your body so when pushed it copes well and doesn't break down when you need it!
