Vanaheimr - Homeland of the Vanir
In Norse cosmology, The Vanir, were a group of Gods, associated with Wisdom, Fertility and the ability to see the future. Living in one of the worlds around the World-tree, Yggdrasil.
Wanting to bring a Nordic Ambience, to Holistic Massage, and to Sports Massage, I have targeted the senses with different smells and sounds. Opting to go with a different emotion than the usual Massage Parlors. Using different oils and creams at necessary points and times, to better target the entire body.
Utilising Swedish based Massage Techniques, along with incorporating the many different Sports Massage Techniques, to target deeper structures of muscles and connective tissues, thus helping in the process of Increasing circulation in the body, increase the blood supply and nutrients to the muscles, Calm the nervous system and relax muscles tension,and to also reduce stress, increase flexibility and improve posture.
Client modesty and confidentiality, are both very important to the massage experience, and go hand-in-hand with trust and honour. This is an environment built for you to be relaxed and to recharge yourself.
