High Technology Dental Lab, HTDL, is set up with the aim of providing a particular service using the benefits of traditional work systems with the advantages of modern technology, to create the right mix for an optimal service for the Dental Professional. HTDL relies on a high experienced and qualified team that brings together years of experience in this sector with the aspiration to continue to develop modern work practices and to improve systems so as to further develop the services provided.

Queste parole ci ricordano che spesso ci troviamo in situazioni in cui le parole possono sembrare inadeguate per esprimere completamente ciò che pensiamo o sentiamo. Ci sono momenti in cui le emozioni, le esperienze e le situazioni sono così complesse e uniche che le parole sembrano non essere abbastanza. È in questi momenti che i fatti e le azioni parlano da soli.

I fatti sono ciò che dà concretezza e verità alle nostre parole. Possono essere gesti, azioni o risultati concreti che dimostrano il nostro impegno, la nostra sincerità e la nostra autenticità. Spesso, sono questi fatti che rendono le nostre parole davvero significative e distintive. Anche se le parole possono sembrare banali o comuni, i fatti che le seguono possono renderle uniche e straordinarie.

Quindi, quando ci troviamo in situazioni in cui le parole sembrano insufficienti, è importante ricordare il potere dei fatti e delle azioni. Essi sono il nostro mezzo per dimostrare chi siamo veramente e cosa crediamo. In questo modo, rendiamo unico ciò che potrebbe sembrare banale e lasciamo che i nostri fatti parlino per noi.

INTERDISCIPLINARY COMMUNICATION

A collaborative relationship between interdisciplinary professionals can greatly improve the aesthetic and functional result of restorations.

Each discipline needs to take the time to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the other, when this is achieved, all sides can work together to formulate a treatment plan that will ensure a successful result. Cooperative goals can be established, and better ways of sharing knowledge must be developed.

When all professionals become a team a better understanding of the solutions required can be achieved. As a team we can better understand the many variables and problems in this field and help each other to identify significant facts and potential difficulties posed by specific dental materials, techniques, developed during the work in progress. In this way, all disciplines can share the responsibility of the treatment plan based on a mutual understanding of all the factors involved.

An appreciation of each discipline's objectives and responsibilities can ultimately help individuals to advance their personal professional goals and ultimately reaching the main scope of this service: having a satisfied patient.
