Please note appointments for October are now open.

As we close off a busy August, we would like to kindly inform you that we will NOT be accepting any new clients throughout September. Most slots for September are full and any remaining spots are reserved our current clients. We apologize for any inconvenience and urge you to book well in advance in order to avoid disappointments.

Please note we will be closed and not taking any calls/messages on the following dates:

❗️20,21st and 24th September

To all those calling or messaging re. Our availabilty: kindly refer to the below calendar and pick one of the dates with available slots. Message us for times available. We CANNNOT see you on other days as we are either fully booked or closed.

Gentle reminder to all those with booked apts; PLEASE PLEASE do stick to apt times especially during these hectic months. Our time, and that of other clients is precious.

Good morning ☀️

We are currently not taking any appointments for June as all slots are fully booked prior to the week starting the 23rd.

❗️At the moment, priority is given to current clients who will need available slots to follow through with the rehab. We apologize for not being able to accomodate new clients and will happily refer you on to one of our colleagues.

Also please note that as of June we will be reducing clinic hours. Late afternoon appointments will only be available Tuesdays and Thursdays. Early booking is recommended if you would require a late afternoon slot.

A little update well in advance so everyone is well informed. As of June we will be reducing clinic hours. We will only be open ‘late’ on Tuesdays and Thursdays so if you have to have a late afternoon appointment please BOOK WELL IN ADVANCE on either a Tuesday or a Thursday. Rest of the week we will be closing earlier than usual, hence slots will be quite limited. This will continue until September.

To my little family and all my wonderful friends, THANK YOU for supporting me in so many ways. Especially for helping out with Dion- it does take a village!
I am blessed to have such an amazing support system.

Been getting quite a few calls/msgs for urgent apts. we are currently juggling a few things 📚🏋️‍♂️ and slots in March are fully booked. No available urgent appts i’m afraid. Below is a list of available appts in April. Book well in advance please as it is a hectic month. Thank you 🙏🏽❤️

Thank you to our dear client for sharing her progress with us. This is someone who has had a few bad experiences in terms of physio and has always been hesitant to go back to it.

Also please note we are full next week and clinic will be closed 15-19th of March- both days included. Very FEW slots left From the 21st onwards. Book early to avoid disappointments.

Dear all,
We are currently unable to reply to your calls and messages as we are overwhelmed with your requests for appointments. We are currently FULLY BOOKED for February 2025. This month is hectic with lots of exciting events so please be patient while we continue working on improving our skills to bring you the best possible treatments.
We will not be available for messages and calls from the 7-12th as well as the 19th of February.
Slots for March are ope and filling up quickly.
