✨ The Cycle of Connection ✨
Think about the relationships in your life. With a partner, family, or coworker, we're always in a cycle of interaction.
🔄 You do something → they respond → that response affects you again.
These cycles can build us up, creating trust and support. They can also tear us down, causing frustration or hurt.
The powerful part is that we can change the cycle. When you become aware of your own habits, you can choose new ways to respond, shifting the cycle to a better place.
💡 Even small changes—how you listen, how you speak, or how you set a boundary—can make a big difference.
As systemic therapy reminds us: when one part of the system changes, the whole system can transform.
