Ingredients
• 40g almond flour
• 20g h**p protein (used Biotona - Malta
• 2 eggs
• ½ tsp baking powder
• Pinch salt
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 40ml milk (add gradually)
• 1 tsp olive oil

Method Mix dry.
Whisk wet.
Combine gently.
Rest 5 minutes.
Cook low-medium.

Macros (approx.) 525 kcal

7g net carbs

VEGGIE PROTEIN PANCAKES

What better way to start the day than with a delicious pancake! This yummy treat is not only easy to make, but also super-healthy. The addition of Biotona Veggie Protein provides you with an added protein boost derived from natural sources. This not only gives you a nice full feeling but also maintains and stimulates the development of your muscles. In short, a quick meal with a long-lasting effect.

INGREDIENTS
Almond flour 30 g
Coconut flour 10 g
Biotona Veggie protein 30 g
Baking powder ½ teaspoon
Egg 1
Maple syrup 1 tablespoon
Almond milk 240 ml
Additional:
Fresh fruit To taste
Maple syrup To taste

Add almond flour, coconut flour, Biotona Veggie protein and baking powder to a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
Add the remaining ingredients - egg, maple syrup and almond milk. Mix until you have smooth pancake batter.
Bake pancakes on a hot non-stick skillet greased with a few drops of oil, until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with fresh fruit, Biotona H**p seeds and maple syrup.
