Yoga time can manifest all the time in the manner of our being with everything around us.
Yoga Poses are but one facet of it. The way we value our life and that of others, the way we breathe, reflect and move forward on our life's journey as well as how we carry out our tasks with a sense of duty and devotion play a pivotal part of the whole package of the study of Yoga.
Being able to focus total concentration on whatever it is that you are doing or in other words, being meditative during tasks is delving deeper interest the main aim of yoga.
If you commit 100 percent on your life, then you will be able to feel the benefits physically, mentally and spiritually too. Feeling part of something greater that is often inconceivable by our human experience and nature is part of our ultimate destination.
