Company News
In 2011 – Triton NDT Ltd was awarded to carry out all the NDT works for the contraction of the GASCO Gas Storage plant.
In 2011 till 2016 - Triton NDT Ltd carried out the NDT works for Tanko Spa regarding the new construction of two Fuel storage tanks and the modification carried out on other four storage tanks at Oil Tanking Malta.
In 2012 till 2015 - The Company expanded its operations in Libya with the inspection at
El Sidra Oil Terminal – inspection of all piping including the cargo lines and manifolds.
Then in the desert at Waha fields we made the inspections of the Gas Plants Piping.
In 2014 – Triton NDT Ltd carried out all the NDT inspection on the steel construction at the extension of the Central Bank of Malta.
In 2015 – 2016 – Triton NDT Ltd. was awarded all the NDT works at the Delimara New Power Station. Our clients were:
· Siemens – for the project management
· OMA spa – for the construction of the plant itself
· Aalborg Engineering– for the construction of the boilers
· JP Avax – for the construction of the LNG Regasification Terminal and the Pipe Lines from the Gas Storage to the Power Station
· KRESTA Anlagenbau – for the construction of the Demineralized Water Storage Tank.
In 2016 – Triton NDT Ltd carried out the NDT inspection on the Hyperbaric Chambers at Mater Dei Hospital
In 2017 – Triton NDT Ltd. and Tes Tex UK carried out the tank floor scanning of Delimara Power Station HFO Tank No.1 by Low Frequency Electromagnetic Technique (LFET).
In 2017, Mr Aldo Busuttil represented Malta in a workshop seminar in Morocco held by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) regarding the Management of Disused Sealed Radioactive Sources (DSRS).
In 2019-2020- Triton NDT Ltd. carried out radiography for Chemie-Tech Malta Ltd at Has-Saptan Project and the new building of three tanks at Luqa Airport.
In 2019, Mr Aldo Busuttil represented Malta in a workshop seminar in Belgrade held by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) regarding X-ray Imaging Technology in Cultural Heritage
Apart of the above mentioned project, we also cater for the everyday NDT services requests, mainly from the shipping industry – in port and off-shore, and from the construction industry.
