The selected candidate will report directly to the Stores Manager, and the main responsibilities shall include the picking of merchandise according to pick-lists in a timely and professional manner, the preparation of client orders, loading and unloading of merchandise, and carrying out stock movements within the warehouse.

Although not mandatory, preference shall be given to candidates having the following requisites:

• Ability to speak, read and write in both Maltese and English;
• Willing to learn and possess a can-do attitude;
• Pick merchandise in a timely manner so that deliveries are
prepared on time;
• Assist in receiving and checking all goods received;

LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE.

Reporting directly to the Accountant, the primary function of the Employee will be to plan and manage logistics, and to coordinate full order cycles, ensuring that merchandise arrives safely, in good order and on time. Main duties and responsibilities include the following:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice; pick slips, bills of lading, AWB's, reports container temperature readings etc,
- Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing and other managers to optimize processes,
- Open claims with Supplier/Local Insurance provider when stock is damaged,
- Liaise with the various departments on a daily basis,
- Prepare payments for freight forwarders,
- Process documents through Customs when applicable,

ACCOUNTANT.

The selected candidate shall be reporting directly to the Finance Director and will manage a team of persons within the Finance Department of the Company.

Key responsibilities of the selected candidate will include:

- General accounting duties including accounts payable and receivables, reconciliation and controls;
- Enforcing financial rules and regulations together with defined codes of practice;
