Join us on Sunday, 23rd November at 7:30am for a short mindfulness session followed by a 5K jog/walk starting from Saint Thomas Bay, Marsaskala - all in aid of Hospice Malta 🫶

The 5-10 minute mindfulness session before the run will be led by Ali Lauri Rodo, MBCT Trainer. Feel free to bring a towel or mat so you can sit more comfortably. 🌅🧘‍♀️

Afterwards, enjoy some post-run refreshments kindly provided by ForeverFit.mt 💪🥤
