Moments from February

Time seems to be passing quickly.
A lot is changing ..
Some things are out of my control..
I believe it is important to choose where and to what we give our energy to...
Here are a few points that are non-negotiable and make a big part of my life :-
- giving time to practice ,
- eating good food - home cooked food,
- spending time in nature ,
- spending time in good company and in solitude
- giving time to reflect.

I might not have control of what is happening worldwide , but I do have control of what is happening to my inside world 🙏

Discipline and consistency is not about perfection or having every practice being flawless... Discipline and consistency starts by showing up, being present , and simply allowing what is meant to be felt

The story behind the story I shared with a simple envelope that said Hospice —
At Christmas, I’m often gifted by this beautiful community . I treasure the thought, but I also know I have everything I need. For this reason, every year I donate to Hospice Malta — and instead of receiving Christmas gifts, the community joined to support this cause ✨.

Thanks to that collective generosity, €450 was donated to Hospice Malta (VO/0062), contributing to a new section at St Michael’s Hospital 🤍

Hospice Malta is very close to my heart. I experienced their support first-hand whilst caring for my father in 2019–2020. I remember how lost we felt when the news was given to us.... Hospice didn't just provide medical care— they offered compassion, presence, and dignity during one of the hardest times of our lives.

Dear Hospice thank you for your kindness, patience, and dedication to provide free palliative care ❤️🙏

Gratitude to everyone who contributed ☺️. Photo 3 represents a part of a lovely community evolving.

As we celebrate the longest night,
May we give time to reflect ,
To slow things down and turn inward 😌.

It was an evening that served it's purpose ❤️ . It felt natural and pure to unite and share a space where stillness is felt ,
And darkness embraced.
Celebrating also the return of light 🙏🏼
