Yesterday I was weighing a client , you know who you are and she told me please I do not want to know. 🄹

As we move through our day, we send energy into the world and we receive energy back. Our minds, bodies and spirits are composed of energy, which vibrates out and is felt by others. Those vibrations resonate within us and impact our own energy stores.

This is why we may feel warm, calm and cheerful in the presence of some people, but cold, anxious and blue around others.

We carry that energy with us, and it impacts not only us but all the other people we come in contact with. Good energy can boost our feelings of well-being, dissolve feelings of anxiety and improve communication.

Whilst bad energy results in feelings of discord, conflict and resentment. Your goal should be to attract good energy and reject the bad.

You are the one person that can heal your body from the inside out .

Everything is super important until you are sick .
Then you realise there was only ever one things that was important.

But here all we are, wondering why there is so much illnesses in the world.

Some say anxiety, depression, bloating and chronic pain is normal .

Just because everyone is experiencing does not mean is normal.

They say we r all going to die at some point .

But when we can’t even get out of bed because of your illnesses, nothing is worth it .

I always believe we are what we eat , important to take care of our gut , we must start treating food as wholesome medicine.

How can you increase your skeletal muscle mass?

Strength training stimulates these muscle fibers, and when combined with proper nutrition will cause muscle growth.

Seriously nothing works unless you do .

No use making resolutions and keep putting things off because you have another party coming or whatever reason .

You have to ask yourself what intentions you do have.

Do you realise that you may say this to yourself every single day?
I will start next Monday. 🄳🄳🄳

Believe me something else will crop up , it always does and we put ourselves at the back burner. Again.

I was like this however I was fed up with my own excuses. We feel demotivated when we lack discipline.
If we could do this alone šŸ’„šŸ’„šŸ’„

If you can do it , do it .
But we know most need a constant support system , to encourage, to guide .

Changing our mindsets is no walk in the park.

If you never try you will never know what you’re capable of.

If I stopped myself at whatever I decided to do because of my age , I wouldn’t be where I am today .

Maybe you wouldn’t be here either because we are each other’s support .

Being consistent and disciplined makes me more resilient.
I do have those thoughts what if I die, then I brush it off as we wouldn’t start anything at our age if we have those thoughts.

We are capable, relevant and have so much to offer.
Age shouldn’t stop you.

I do get scared 😳

What's important here is that you try new things.
If you haven't yet discovered your purpose in life, then you are not going to find it by trying the same things over and over again.

Last week I read that a 50 year old woman was very lonely even tho she was an extrovert .

Loneliness is more common than we think.
I would say find what you like to do , what do you enjoy ? Built on it and feel the passion that comes from within.

It is amazing when you focus on what you love and enjoy how our life changes for the better.

And the people around you.

But first one must enjoy ones company.

We are not perfect , so being imperfect is our way of life.

Did you know that having good flexibility can slow down aging... despite your age?

Are you finding it difficult to sit on low couches, chairs, toilet or on the floor? Are you waking up every morning with a stiff back? Is putting on your socks and shoes becoming more difficult? Can you not touch your toes from a standing?

We've all heard the phrase use it or lose it.

Flexibility declines as the years go by because the muscles get stiffer. And if you don't maintain flexibility as you age, the muscles will shorten.

Shortened muscles also increase your risk for falling and make it harder to do activities that require flexibility, such as climbing stairs.

"Warning signs that it's becoming a problem would be having difficulty putting on your shoes or even the strap of your bra.

Reduced flexibility affects not only our posture but also our ability to enjoy everyday activities with ease .

Little things become harder to do.
Remember you have to change for things to change . Don’t let age stop you from becoming the best version of yourself.
