Yesterday I was weighing a client , you know who you are and she told me please I do not want to know. š„¹
Told her these reasons not to worry too much as we are not into weighing.
3 reasons why you should not be weighing yourself every single day š
Number 1:
The weighing scale measures everything; water, muscle, fat! If you eat more carbs and salt during the weekend, youāre most likely to wake up a kilo or two heavier than usual
Number 2:
The weighing scale may cause demotivation and if you are a beginner or you havenāt got your head around a lifestyle change it can actually ruin your progress
Number 3:
There are more ways to measure progress including fitting in better in clothes, feeling stronger when working out, having better skin through hydration.
This is everything as you will notice changes ā¤ļø
Everything takes time , most important is mindset change that you would like to change things.
Work on yourself and start believing that step by step you will learn that this is a lifestyle change .
