POV: first workout back after the festivities 😅

Not my strongest session.
A little sluggish.
But I showed up — and that’s enough.

The goal isn’t perfection.
It’s momentum.

Start small.
Stay consistent.
Just keep moving.

Need help rebuilding a routine that actually sticks? DM me “START”.

The year doesn’t change your life — your habits do.
You don’t need motivation.
You need a plan you can repeat.

First Monday of the year.
One simple action.
That’s how momentum is built.

POV: you find someone who matches your energy.
Same mindset.
Same priorities.
Same willingness to move — regardless of the circumstances.
And happily runs laps on a cruise ship with you on holiday.
Healthy habits hit different when you share them 🤍

Christmas in Sa Pa, Vietnam with my partner Rebecca 🤍
Cool mountain air, full hearts, and a reminder that the best moments are the simple ones — shared together.
Grateful for presence, connection, and moments that slow you down 🎄✨

The last lap of the year matters.
The patterns you’re practicing today will follow you into the next season of your life.

Don’t try to overhaul everything.
Choose one habit you can show up for.
Something simple.
Something sustainable.
Something that makes you feel better.

Then commit.
And start — now.

Consistency beats motivation. Every time.

The farmers carry doesn’t lie.

I weigh 60kg, and my goal is to carry 25kg (or more 😬) kettlebells or dumbbells in each hand. Here I’m carrying 22.5kg in each hand for a full minute - and it feels every bit as tough as it looks.

Why does this matter? Because grip, core, and carry strength aren’t just gym tricks, they’re everyday resilience.

The goal is to be strong enough to haul groceries, luggage, or even yourself off the ground when life demands it.

Every carry builds not just muscle and bone density, but confidence. One step at a time.

(for reference 100 pounds = 45.5 kg)
