Anxiety is one of the major issues we see in therapy, and a state which unfortunately most of us are all too familiar with nowadays. However, not all of anxiety is psychological. Abig part of it is also dsyregulatoon of the nervous system which is a physiological response to chronic stress or trauma.

There are some simple ways to begin to address an overstimulated nervous system- mainly through breathing and grounding exercises.
