1.SPA THERAPIST
*Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to assess their physical condition, health history, and welness goals.
- Perform variety of spa therapies, including massages, body treatments, facials, hydrotherapy rituals, using appropriate techniques, products and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area.
- To keep accurate client records, including clients health history.
- Providing excellent customer service and client relations.
- Excellent knowledge of beauty products.
*Requirements:
- Proven education, course and previous experience on the same position for a minimum of 2 years.
- Expertise in variety of massage techniques (e.g. Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone) and other spa treatments(facial, body wraps)
- Fluency in English, written and verbal
2.BEAUTICIAN/ BEAUTY SPA THERAPIST
*Responsibilities*
- Perform a range of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, lash extentions, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and body treatments
- Provide advise and recommendations to clients on skincare and beauty products
- Maintain accurate treatment records for clients
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and spa facilities
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques
-Hairstyling
- Nail extensions(gel, acrylic)
- Nail art
Requirements:
- Qualification in beauty therapy, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in a range of beauty treatments and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
3. SPA RECEPTIONIST
*Responsibilities*
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for services, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and attention to detail.
- Manage appointment bookings and ensure accurate scheduling on spa PC based programme
- Answer telephone inquiries and provide information about the spa and its services.
- Assist clients with filling out intake forms and completing payments.
- Distribute and control – Lockers and Locker Keys for both ladies and gents changing room
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Communicate effectively with other spa staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest complaints and ensure swift resolution
- Continuously monitor and enhance guest comfort, making adjustments as needed to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay
* Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting for minimum of 2 years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, other systems would be an asset
- Fluent in English
