Our Story
Everybody knows something about Sports, Performing Arts: Singing/Acting/DJing/Dancing/Art, Military Training, Business, Surgery, Political, among other performances. However, very few people know how much dedication, persistence, hard work, resilience, grit, determination and many other attributes are needed to one’s full potential that will allow for peak performance levels. Apart from that, there needs to be a distinction between reaching and maintaining peak performance levels . Both of them are important in a performer’s life. However, one of them will get you there and the other will give you a life-long career success built on one’s values. There needs to be more awareness on how much 'behind-the-scenes' work a performance entails in order to allow a performer to reach his/her full potential while maintaining it! Performance Psychology can help through: 1) Enhance performance through specific psychological techniques. 2) Cope with the pressures of competition (before, during and after competition). 3) Recover from injuries in a more efficient way. 4) Keep up with an exercise program. 5) Enjoy the sport/s. 6) Teaching proper mental tools for the long-term benefit 7) Allow one to know oneself better, leading to more clarity and passion towards one’s choices
