97 years young and still full of surprises 👂✨

This incredible patient came in with heavy earwax build-up in both ears, including some very long keratin layers. The removal revealed some seriously satisfying skin pull moments, stretchy, accordion-like layers that you don’t see every day!

An interesting (and slightly tricky) case today 👀

During this ASMR-style earwax removal, we came across a soft mass inside the ear, possibly a polyp, which made the procedure a bit more complex, especially with the amount of hair in the canal.
