We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support the daily administrative operations of our retail pharmacy located in St. Julian’s.
This role focuses on inventory data entry, filing, report preparation, and general office support to ensure accurate records and efficient workflow. The role also contains elements of store inventory management and sales when required.
The position is on-site and available as full-time reduced (30 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week).
On site training will be provided, but any prior experience with Shireburn systems or other stock inventory solutions, will be considered an asset.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, dependable, and comfortable working with data and records in a fast moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and maintain inventory data accurately in Shireburn system
File and organize physical and electronic records
Prepare, issue, and distribute routine reports
Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
Support pharmacy staff with documentation and office tasks as needed
Manage the store room, including stock replacement and organisation

Must have an EU work permit and already be based in Malta
