The Box We are a team of fitness buffs who specialise in teaching the art of movement. Our team was carefully selected with this concept in mind.

Whether you are an athlete, CrossTraining enthusiast, powerlifter, gymnast or just a regular fitness aficionado, this is the gym for you. Our idea behind this particular gym is to offer a health hub providing our clients with enough information as well as the facilities to live a stronger, fitter and better life. The individual backgrounds of our staff at The Box are from different aspects of the

health spectrum. We are, not only fully qualified, but each a leader in his/her own field and all pumped up to motivate our clients into living a healthier life all round.
