2015 – Project Management & Quantity Surveying - 32 new suites built on top of the existing hotel. The suites have green technologies including Rooms Management Systems, heat and natural lighting sensors among others. They benefit from their own Executive Lounge area as well as a new roof top terrace with a pool and restaurant.

2014 – Quantity Surveying - Gypsum
Sir Anthony Mamo Hospital is the new Oncology Hospital, has been one of the latest additions to the existing Mater Dei Hospital in Malta. Our Client was responsible for the full interior construction of this building which included an approximate 35,000 square meters of partitioning and 10,000 square meters of suspended ceilings.

2014 – Quantity Surveying
The New Parliament building at Valletta is a world class renowned project by Renzo Piano, forming part of the Valletta City Gate transformation project.
Our Client was the sole contractor responsible for the supply and installation of all gypsum partitioning works, gypsum suspended ceilings, paint finishing works and various acoustic solutions in this extremely demanding project.
