📣 Pharmacies Open on Sunday! 🌟 Check out the roster for pharmacies open across the Maltese islands. Don't forget to save this post and share it with friends or family who may need it! 💜


On Sunday 16 November 2025, the mobile blood donation unit will be parked at Qormi next the Band Club (Għaqda Soċjo-Mużikali Anici) and Gozo Xewkija Health Centre from 8:30am till 1:00pm. If you feel healthy, kindly get your ID card and donate blood.

'General Practitioners' Service in Health Centres on Sundays and Public Holidays
Mosta, Paola and Floriana Health centres are open for emergencies 24 hours 7 days a week.
Gzira health centre is also open for emergencies (cases requiring urgent medical attention) between 8am and 5pm and a nursing service is available between 8am and 8pm on Sundays and public holidays.
The public should attend the health centre of their catchment area. Persons without any identity card will not be attended to.

That’s a wrap on this year’s campaign! 🎉

Since 2018, we’ve partnered with pharmacovigilance and patient safety stakeholders worldwide for – a campaign to raise awareness and encourage reporting of side effects. From preventing side effects to polypharmacy, children and pregnancy, the roles of patients and healthcare professionals, and more, each campaign theme has addressed a pertinent topic related to the safety of medicines and vaccines.

But the campaign wouldn’t be what it is today without the unwavering support from our partners and enthusiastic audiences worldwide. THANK YOU for helping transform into the global campaign it is today 🙌
