It’s been a little while since I’ve been here, and I wanted to gently reintroduce myself 🤍
Over the past months, I’ve taken time away from my clinic as I welcomed my baby into the world. Becoming a mother has been one of the most grounding and transformative experiences of my life, and I’ve been allowing myself the space to fully be present in it.
In that quiet time, my appreciation for the work I do as a physiotherapist and traditional chinese medicine practitioner has only deepened. Healing has always meant more to me than treating symptoms—it’s about creating a space where the body feels safe enough to settle, restore, and rebalance.
As I begin to slowly return to clinic life, I’m doing so with that same intention of softness and care. No rush, no pressure—just a gentle reopening of the space I hold for others.
If you’ve been here a while, thank you for your patience and kindness. And if you’re new here, welcome 🤍
This page will continue to be a space where I share glimpses of my work, acupuncture, and the approach I take in supporting people through different stages of health and wellbeing.
I’m also sharing this alongside something very close to my heart—a small moment from my maternity journey 🤍
