Build Your Identity with Daily Habits 💪
For me, daily exercise is as natural as brushing your teeth. Why? Because as a former professional gymnast from the age of 7, I built the habit of training 3–4 hours every single day.
Today, I’m no longer competing—but I never stopped. I don’t train like before, but I move every day… and I will continue to do so for the rest of my life.
Because this is who I am.
I am an athlete in spirit. And every morning workout sets the tone for an amazing day—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Over time, I’ve built a daily routine that reflects what truly matters to me:
