No matter what you are about to do,
big or small,
The first step is to have mindfulness.
When there is mindfulness, wisdom arises.
When wisdom arises, we can solve various problems easily.

Each day... countless stories flow through our lives.
When we close our eyes to "Still the Mind,"
It is "Natural" for sediments of thought to surface... sometimes more, sometimes less.
Keep your mind "Relaxed and Sabai."
Do not worry or view them as obstacles to peace.
Simply be a "Good Observer."
"Watch Indifferently" (Doo-Cheuy-Cheuy)... without clinging or elaborating.
soon... those stories will fade away on their own,
Like mist vanishing under the morning sun.
Leaving only a mind that is "Clear, Pure, and Still" at the Center of the Body.

Today, Mr. Raun came to have a Dharma conversation and meditate at Wat Buddha Malta (วัดพุทธมอลต้า).

Mr. Raun is someone deeply interested in the practice of Dhamma. He enjoys coming to discuss aspects of the teachings that can be practically applied in everyday life—for example, how sitting meditation can help calm and subdue anger. Whenever he has free time, he consistently comes to the temple to practice meditation.

While many are searching for peace outside, we believe that world peace MUST begin from each and everyone of us. That is why we promote the use of meditation in order to help individuals cultivate peace from within.

Here is your post translated into natural and fluent English:
Today is a wonderful day. Mr. Raul came to visit Wat Buddha Malta.
The two of us had never met before, but we chatted very happily and naturally. We talked about meditation — how meditation makes our minds stronger, how it brings us true happiness, and how it has so many other benefits.
I still can’t speak English very well yet, so the two of us communicated using Google Translate. We understood each other to a certain degree, laughed together, talked back and forth, and truly enjoyed our conversation.
After that, I showed him the correct way to adjust the body and mind for proper meditation. Then we sat and meditated together.
May all people around the world find true happiness. 🌿🙏
