Your energy, enthusiasm and dedication made it an incredibly special and transformative experience! What an honor to have Bryan Kest himself lead the workshop. Such an honor to be invited by the India in Malta - High Commission of India, Malta 8 years in a row to lead the Yoga session in Malta dedicated to the Yoga day celebration! This year the Yoga practice will be held at Upper Barrakka Gardens in Valletta 16th June at 8 am. The practice is open to everyone and it's free of charge ! Mats will be provided.
