Hi I am Giancarlo, the Founder of this page - I have been on a self improving journey since when I started my massage course. This was a life changer as I began to see life in a different perspective. Followed by, Yoga - Meditation - Pilates, my life took another step. Working within myself with creativity & expression, it helped me to include these in my treatment and classes, making this fun and deeper. Currently pursuing a course on Shamanism which brought me close to who I am - this is taking the Massage Treatments on a whole new level.

Dear All, who follow me on my Page - here are some Major Updates ✴️✴️

The place which I am currently operating from will stop next month ending April. It has been 4 years since this journey has started and I'm super grateful that I managed to get where I wanted, it was a dream before now it became reality, but it's time to move on.

🎈Massage Treatments will no longer provided longer in Mosta after the change but in a new place which will be communicated further in future posts

🎈Last February Yoga & Pilates classes has stopped - but as per demand new class will be happening also in Mosta at a larger place. Every Monday 7.15pm (90 mins) - Pilates/Yoga/Meditaiton (private msg for more info)

🎈Classes will be done outdoor (Adults & kids classes also being in consideration) which these will be communicated also in the coming future

At this point in my life I want to focus much more on Chair Pilates - Exercises targeted for those 50. Why? I believe there is a lack of these exercises in Malta and it is something I feel I can give back to the locals & to the country, for what I have received from it. Another point it brings me closer to my goal - to share the importance of physical movement & holistic health in our lifestyle.

Exciting times are coming.

I have always been fascinated by this practice and in 2022 I found that there was a course in Cyprus. Practically I waited patiently 2 years to do this Massage Course which I am glad I did it with the amazing and experienced Katia 🥰

This is a different massage than all others, it's a massage that my logo stands for.. 'Body Mind Soul'. Connecting all together in one single treatment. Sometimes it's difficult to describe it as a massage cause it's more of an experience in depth, where we can switch off the mind and turn inside 💠

With its long gliding strokes the movement feels like water, moving the energies around and helps to release stuck emotions. It's a dance.

A practice which promotes Love - Compassion - Peace, the Philosophy from the Hawaiians'.

A beauty of a treatment that you feel loved, held, supported and taken care of, something which I believe that everyone has to experience.

I'm super happy to announce that I will be offering this treatment soon in my centre.

I might have been absent from here for a long time. In reality I'm always here in the background.

This is a message that the studio will be temporarily closed till 📆 mid-September for treatments.

I'm going to take a break for my own health, to nurture and take care of myself, doing things that I like and love.

I'm writing this as a reminder that we all need a break every once in a while from everything, where we can just let go and enjoy ourselves.

I really do enjoy what I do and what I provide but holding space can create a toll on the body.

I'll update if there are any changes. Thank you for understanding and wishing you a shining summer 🌞

I'm a Libra I love balance.

Here is a small story about how pilates effected my life.

Pilates helped so much with self balance and stability, I learned to trust my own body, in walking , running, climbing, finding the strength within me, using the core in a proper way , putting awareness on my spine, the area where all communication for the body passes from.

I'm constantly learning while I self practice and while i teach and I love to share this information in the classes.

I also do enjoy teaching pilates. Sometimes I get a lot of 'mistakes' with counting. In classes I get a lot of bad looking or squished faces. I'm used to them now.

Here I am, this is me.

I knew, I felt March was going to be a big month.. from ending last year.

What I only knew was that the Shamanism course will come to an end.. little did I know about the injury of my lower back. First I had 3 points and recovery of 2 weeks, that wasn't enough.. after I was given 7 points and another recovery of 2 weeks. That pretty much sums up March 2024 - it was hard, heavy and dark at times. Still grateful still part of my life.

One year ago I started a Shamanism course, which was a very intense course, but I got to work so much in depth about myself, learning about my truth, facing and dealing with my s**t.. laughter, crying, screaming, joy, afraid and all the spectrum of emotions - yes life passed me through these things, and shaped me for who I am today... doesn't mean I'm perfect, never will be.

These both experiences gave me both a deep reflection and gratitude for my land and for its history, being proud to be Maltese.

Shamanism brought me in
- connection with the Earth and the Sky
- a dance of the Light and the Dark within me
- the present moment, accepting my past to look forward to the future

This was a tough ride I must say but with the right help, support and guidance it was manageable. Thank you Miss Teacher for the love you put in sharing this into Malta 💚

I can't wait to integrate Shamanism with Massage for a new concept 'Shamanic Massage' 😁

And to be back providing classes
