Happy Christmas to all my Patients and Clients. Wishing continued good health and prosperity as we head into 2023.

Christmas and New Year is when we are really tested in regards to our diets. Often we treat ourselves to the very foods that make us ill.

Try to make better decisions for yourself ie drinking more water. Sharing your sweets instead of eating them all yourself. Not continuing to eat when you are full. Going out for a walk. All these little things can make a huge difference.

Choosing options of foods that you are intolerant to to prevent your auto-immune symptoms from flaring up is a wise choice.. otherwise you suffer with your usual constipation, sinus problems, mucous, itchy skin, eczema, psoriasis, I.b.s, bloat, digestive problems, migraines, gas and cramps.

Letting Go of Control..

Human beings thrive in an environment of love.
If we feel hate, anger, resentment, fear, jealousy it steals our energy and can leave us stressed and out of balance. Negative emotions keep the soul small and restricted whereas positive emotions keep us expansive with many opportunities for growth.

Learning to trust that everything is happening for you and not to you is a belief that would help people to trust that everything has a divine timing; and that we should not just put trust in ourselves to control our outcomes.

Humans can be affected emotionally, physically, psychologically and spiritually. If these are not balanced we often suffer needlessly.

When we get reactions to our foods it can affect us emotionally and psychologically as the gut health is linked to our brain.
