Caprylic Acid
Lauric Acid
Capric Acid

Around 62% of the oils in coconut fruit are made up of these three healthy fatty acids, 91% of the fat in these oils is healthy saturated fat. The increase in this fat can display an increase in HDL levels (known as good cholesterol) it removes harmful cholesterol from the bloodstream and in turn can reduce the risk of heart disease. Also increasing energy release as MCFAs are quicker to digest in a three-step process, unlike other fats that have a 26 step process.
