We invite you to take time for yourself and join our monthly edition of Breathe + Deep Sound Journey.

This special 2.5hr workshop is held in our dedicated sanctuary studio . We start with 1 hr of functional breathwork, followed by 1 hr of a deep sound journey, finishing with tea and time to integrate together.

Bookings are essential and limited to 8 people.
