This Saturday we are hosting another special workshop. Listen to .inmotion, our breathwork and yoga teacher describe his journey and experiences of our last session.

On Saturday he will guide us through 1 hour of functional breathwork, followed by playing 1 hour of sound meditation for deep relaxation.
