Interesting innovation. Perhaps the only discomfort is the plastic against one's skin in summer but with the netted design skin could be cleaned more easily.

Wellness

This comes in so many forms. In what you eat, in how you exercise, in who you surround yourself, being in nature but sometimes it's even having a break from it all. Last year I felt as though I had too much on my plate and I told myself it is ok to take a step back from working so much.

However, one cannot get too lazy in this period and eventually you need to start finding a new routine which works within the changes that have come about in your life.
