✅Everyone (including pregnant and breastfeeding women) should consider taking a daily Vitamin D supplement in winter

The quantity depends on different factors:

⚫️Age: People who are older in age are at a higher risk for Vitamin D deficiency because the skin doesn't produce Vitamin D as efficiently.

⚫️Skin Tone: People with darker skin tones have a lower ability to utilize the sun's rays to produce Vitamin D — putting them at higher risk for Vitamin D deficiency.
