I also work with adults who feel tired, stressed out and anxious by helping them to access the wisdom within their body through movement, reflection and connection.
Sessions with adults are one to one and based on what is arising for you.
Karen is an Embodied Movement Coach, her work focuses on using movement, expression and play to help children and adults connect to themselves and their body. The sessions take into account the need for us to connect to others, to develop the ability to listen to our body, to develop resources which help us manage in difficult times, to work with and support our central nervous system and holistic development through movement.
Karen has a variety of experience in working with individuals and groups in social and familial environments; initially as a Social Worker, where her career spanned over 10 years. She has worked in statutory services, community services, alternative education services, gyms, a retreat centre, a holistic clinic and in clients homes. Karen's work within the wellness industry has included being a Personal Trainer, Gut Health Professional and Embodied Movement Coach.
