Key duties & responsibilities include:
Generating and analysing data and providing recommendations
Preparing presentations, information packs, communications and marketing material for the senior management and Executive Chairman
Conducting product reviews
Assist Legal & Compliance in the Product Oversight Governance (POG)
Assist the business in managing the Key Information Documents (KIDs)
Compiling progress reports providing recommendations and suggestions
Highlighting and escalating any issues identified and suggesting possible remediation
Attending meetings on behalf of line manager
Following up on any actions chasing relevant stakeholders as appropriate
Managing projects
Conducting Post Implementation Reviews
Taking minutes of meetings related to Management meetings and/or project meetings.
Qualifications, skills and experience
Preferably possession of a degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management or Project Management or in a related field
Preferably has experience working in the Insurance Industry, preferably in Life Insurance. Experience with big four audit/accountancy firms will also be considered.
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Preferably experienced in statistical analytics applications
Experience in project management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work without supervision and on own initiative
Problem solver and with an analytical mindset
Passionate about operational excellence
Assertive with strong negotiation skills
Fluency in English
