Offering therapeutic support for adults and adolescents. We can help with stress and anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, trauma, addiction, and self-growth. Sessions use evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT/DBT, psychoeducation, and skills training). We also carry out assessments, including clinical assessment and formulation, personality assessment, and ADHD testing.

Appointment is required.
