Yoga in Valletta

Yoga in Valletta Gentle hatha/ classical yoga moving meditation. Focusing on alignment, strength, stamina, breath-work, relaxing and energy-restoring. Taught by Laura.

Classes are €10 per class. Every tenth class is free. So therefore attending regularly works out at €9 euros per class. Every second Thursday evening there is a free class :) Keeping yoga available to all. Summer schedule:
Thursday 18:30 -19:50
Saturday 09:30 - 10:50
There will also be Tuesday classes (18:30 -19:50) taking place in a 'pop-up' style, so posted online with details when/where. Location: Usually Hastings Gardens, but if changed will be posted online. After summer there will be an indoor location in Valletta & a course for complete beginners starting up. as well as for a more general Intermediate level. Stay posted :)

I'm afraid to say Yoga in Valletta will no longer be operating, as I will be leaving the country shortly. I have enjoyed practising yoga here, thanks to the lovely students who attended :)

Proofs about the health-boosting benefits of yoga are piling up. In a new study, sedentary older adults who practised hatha yoga three times a week experienced a boost in working memory. This research is one of the first studies to investigate the effects of yoga movement on the cognitive processes.
